Olivia Weinshank (she/her) is an actor, comedian, writer, and documentary producer based in New York City. As an actor, Olivia is known for her grounded, nuanced portrayals of complex, darkly-funny women, living as comfortably as a leading lady in the worlds of Martin McDonagh and John Patrick Shanley as she does Stephen Sondheim and Stephen Schwartz. She is also a celebrated comedian, and her original solo characters, sketch comedy, improv, and voiceover work have been featured on CollegeHumor, Characters Welcome, and sold-out on the mainstages of The Upright Citizens Brigade, The Brooklyn Comedy Collective, The People’s Improv Theater, The Magnet Theater, Caveat, and more. As a longform documentarian, Olivia has produced and story-edited multiple Emmy and Telly Award-winning projects (Breaking Chains, Lowrider Legacy, The Lost Children of Carlisle, Refugees Welcome, Weathering the Storm, Silver Linings, and more) with a focus on the intersections of social justice, systemic equality, and climate change.

Olivia holds a BA in Theater and English from Wesleyan University.
